The Revenue Operations team oversees all operational GTM cadences, ensuring seamless execution and alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Their goal is to optimize processes, eliminate friction, and drive speed, enabling Vanta’s go-to-market teams to operate with greater efficiency and precision.

As the Director of Revenue Operations, you’ll be a strategic leader driving efficiency, visibility, and scale across Vanta’s go-to-market (GTM) engine. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to optimize our revenue processes, ensure data-driven decision-making, and accelerate growth. You will lead a team in building a world-class GTM infrastructure that enables Vanta to execute at speed.

What you’ll do as Director, Revenue Operations at Vanta:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize processes and cadences to drive alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

  • Hire, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of operators producing consistently high-quality, high-impact work.

  • Identify and execute initiatives to improve processes, workflows, and strategies, optimizing the entire GTM motion.

  • Leverage analytics to identify trends, anomalies, and revenue opportunities while collaborating with the analytics and strategy team to measure and monitor new trends.

  • Oversee all GTM processes, including process optimization, territory management, forecasting, and the operating cadence

  • Partner with global cross-functional teams, including marketing, revenue analytics, and finance teams, to align goals, measure results, and course correct when needed.

  • Build and own our GTM operating cadence, ensuring it is helping us forecast and understand the business with actionable insights

How to be successful in this role:

  • 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related GTM function at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.

  • A builder’s mindset, comfortable designing and optimizing GTM processes from the ground up.

  • Passion for enabling teams and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ensuring seamless execution.

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to distill complex problems into clear, concise insights that drive action.
