The RoleWe’re seeking a Director of Revenue Enablement to own the strategy, design, and execution of enablement programs across Sales, Marketing, Partner, and Post-Sales. This role will ensure that Go-To-Market teams have the skills, knowledge, processes, and tools to deliver predictable, scalable growth. This leader will establish the centralized enablement function and deliver measurable impact across the organization.
This is a highly cross-functional role that will partner with stakeholders across Sales, Post-Sales, Product, Marketing, and the broader Partner team to deliver scalable, measurable programs that validate skill, drive confidence, and improve performance.
What You Need to Succeed:- Develop and own the enablement operating model, governance, and measurement framework.
- Create and own the certification program across partner, customer, and internal audiences
- Build and maintain certification infrastructure and internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design role-based onboarding, assessments, training paths, and learning objectives.
- Build and lead a team of enablement managers across functional areas (Sales, Technical, Post-Sales, Partner).
- Collaborate with Partner leaders to design and deliver scalable partner onboarding, certification, and ongoing training programs.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure GTM teams and partners are ready for product launches, technical conversations, and integrations.
- 8–12+ years in enablement or program management roles within SaaS.
- Proven track record of building or scaling enablement programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with enablement tech stack (LMS, CMS, Gong, Highspot, etc.).
- Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on delivery.
- Proficiency in instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and assessment best practices.
- Exposure to technical domains such as web development, DevOps, or CMS platforms (e.g. Drupal, WordPress, Next.js).
- Familiarity with partner ecosystems and enablement models.

The base salary range for this role is $172,500–$193,000 USD. This position also offers a performance bonus dependent on company performance. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
