Job Overview:
As the Director of Revenue Enablement, you will lead a high-impact team responsible for onboarding and ongoing enablement for our Buyer Sales (Direct and Channel), SDR/BDR, Reseller Partners, and Supplier-Facing Teammates in the Network Solutions Group. You will be a strategic partner to Product Management, Product, and Sales Leadership, connecting the dots between product vision, sales methodology, and the art of the sale to create a winning sales motion. Your mission is to drive performance, multiply impact through coaching, and deliver measurable outcomes that propel AvidXchange’s growth.
What you'll do:

Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of enablement professionals to design and deliver world-class onboarding and continuous learning programs for Buyer Sales, SDR/BDR, Reseller Partners, and Network Solutions Group teammates.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Marketing, Product, and Sales Leadership to align product vision, sales methodology, and enablement programs that drive consistent, high-impact sales motions.

Sales Motion Design: Innovate and implement enablement strategies that integrate product knowledge, skills development, and operational excellence to optimize performance across direct, channel, and partner sales teams.

Coaching & Multiplication: Coach sales leaders to reinforce learning, foster adoption of best practices, and amplify the impact of enablement initiatives.

Outcomes Focus: Define and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs, communicating impact to stakeholders through clear, data-driven insights.

Strategic Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage insights to continuously evolve enablement strategies that keep AvidXchange competitive.

7+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales enablement, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.

Proven track record of designing and scaling enablement programs for direct sales, channel sales, and/or partner ecosystems.

Experience working with B2B SaaS or fintech solutions, ideally in payments, AP automation, or network-driven businesses.

Strong understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDIC, or similar) and how to integrate them into enablement programs.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels of the organization.

Data-driven mindset with experience using enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic) and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce).

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Sales Enablement Certification) a plus.
