The Finance Director, Revenue will join the FP&A team, collaborating closely with the Sales and Operations, Kiosk Pricing, and Device Processing departments. This role involves managing the corporate revenue and gross profit model by tracking weekly sales across multiple sales channels, reporting revenue and margin projections, discovering pricing opportunities and identifying potential risks to the business. The Director will also work on uncovering opportunities for automating sales execution processes and contribute to various ad hoc projects, with a strong focus on collaborating with the Business Intelligence team to organize and present relevant information.  

The ideal candidate will possess a strong curiosity to understand the “why” behind sales performance, as well as a proactive, problem-solving mindset. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, dynamic environment, manage shifting priorities, and approach work with a structured and deliberate work ethic is essential. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Own the corporate revenue and gross profit model, ensuring it is timely, accurate, manageable and explainable and aligns with business goals. 
  • Track and monitor multiple revenue streams, analyzing and presenting actual performance to forecasts to upper management. 
  • Provide guidance on optimizing sales channel routing decisions to improve efficiency in Sales Operations activities and performance. 
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis. 
  • Analyze financial and operational data to assess current and future business performance. 
  • Identify trends and suggest strategies to improve financial performance. 
  • Develop and execute what if analysis and simulations for risk profiling. 
  • Present results and make recommendations to management for improving performance. 
  • Document all tools, models, and analyses in a clear, accessible format. 
  • Develop and present regular reports (MBRs, QBRs, Weekly Sales Decks) to business leaders using Tableau, PowerPoint, Excel, and other tools. 
  • Provide consistent, standardized reporting for business stakeholders to use. 

Education & Experience 

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required, MBA preferred. 
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience using data to solve complex financial challenges, with emphasis on revenue and margin management. 
  • Strong analytical toolset in Tableau (nice to haves: VBA, SQL, and Alteryx)
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential. 
  • Ability to blend technical expertise with business insights and communicate solutions to complex problems effectively. 
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. 
  • A sense of responsibility, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results, understanding the business impact of changes. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of management. 

Business Travel 

  • 10% - Conferences and off-sites as needed
