Euclid: Where Projects Take Shape
Reporting to the COO, the Director, M&A will join our Services Team where you’ll lead the strategy, execution, and growth of our M&A vertical overseeing diligence and transaction support across high-value renewable energy projects. You’ll manage a high-performing team and own key client relationships while driving scalable processes, services innovation, and cross-functional alignment. This is a high-impact role for someone with deep M&A expertise, operational leadership, and a passion for transforming how clean energy assets are evaluated, acquired, and built.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and scale the M&A vertical by owning the vision, goals, and strategy execution of the group; align initiatives with company-wide priorities and financial targets.
- Manage major client relationships, serving as a key relationship manager and ensuring successful delivery across all active M&A engagements.
- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and performance management to a high-performing team of project managers and analysts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Services leadership to shape product direction and enhance Euclid’s diligence offerings.
- Drive growth and innovation by identifying new service opportunities, expanding enterprise accounts, and keeping Euclid at the forefront of M&A trends and best practices.
Who You Are
- You have 10+ years of experience in renewable energy or a related industry, with 7+ years focused on M&A, diligence, or project acquisition.
- You’ve led diligence and transactional teams through multiple deals, including DG, C&I, or utility-scale PV and storage projects.
- You bring deep technical and financial knowledge across permitting, contracting, development, and project execution.
- You have exceptional people management skills, and you're able to scale and inspire a team while delivering consistent, high-quality client outcomes.
- You’re comfortable leading both strategy and operations, rolling up your sleeves when needed, and staying focused on growth and efficiency.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in engineering, finance, business, or economics
- Experience leading consulting services or building internal M&A products
- PMP, PE, or CFA certifications

The starting base salary for this role is between $250,000 and $325,000 with an equity award as part of your all-in compensation. The actual base salary and equity is dependent upon many factors, such as location, experience and internal compensation equity. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
