A day in the life.

As our Director, Relationship Management, you’ll assume a consultative role, responsible for relationships with Corporate Retirement Plan Sponsors and Third Party Administrators (TPAs), providing service, plan design education and recordkeeper/TPA liaison support. You will manage a book of business focusing on understanding and responding to client needs; anticipating issues, proactively provide solutions with the goal of overall client satisfaction, retention and relationship expansion.  You will serve as a Business Development Consultant focusing on the growth and development of a profitable book of business, which includes the assessment and recommendation of appropriate services and solutions, retention and new client production.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Series 65 registration or a combination of the Series 7 and Series 66 registrations required and relevant industry designations preferred
  • Prior relationship/client service management experience required
  • A student of the industry with demonstrated confidence of topical knowledge, demonstrated knowledge of defined contribution financial products and services
  • Knowledge of plan design features for 401(k) and non-qualified, ERISA plans, legal and regulatory framework, industry trends preferred
