BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Regional Field Ops Director, you will serve as front line leader, responsible for the overall fulfillment standards and compliance across all management areas, from the point of entry to the customer premise equipment, across your assigned region. You will create, implement, and enhance consistent standardized operating practices that are aligned with the company's initiatives direction, and provide leadership and direction to the MA field operations. The Regional Field Ops Director will implement, measure and enhance consistent practices to ensure stable service delivery alignment with regional initiatives and expectations.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical management or equivalent experience
  • Experience: Technical field experience 8-10 years, Project management experience 5+ years, management experience 5+ years
  • Skills: Project management, time management, communication, leadership, problem-solving, collaboration
