Description (JD) for a Director, Program Management role focused on client implementation and fraud software deployment success:

Position Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director of Program Management to lead the end-to-end implementation of our fraud detection and prevention software solutions for enterprise clients. This role is responsible for ensuring successful client onboarding, seamless deployment, and long-term adoption of our technology, while driving operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional implementation programs for enterprise clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery of fraud software solutions.
  • Own the client journey from post-sale through go-live, acting as the primary escalation point and strategic advisor.
  • Develop and manage program plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Support) to align on client goals and technical requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement in implementation methodologies, tools, and best practices to enhance scalability and client outcomes.
  • Mentor and lead a team of program and project managers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and client-centricity.
  • Monitor KPIs and success metrics to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and data security protocols throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing complex software implementations, preferably in fraud, risk, or financial technology.
  • Strong understanding of fraud detection technologies, data integration, and enterprise IT environments.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
