This role is a strategic client-facing leader responsible for driving growth and optimizing participation and reinsurance programs through consultative engagement, financial modeling, and performance analysis. The incumbent partners with sales and field teams to deliver compelling presentations, conducts quarterly business reviews with clients, and provides actionable insights on reinsurance positions and dealer loan programs.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Participate in sales presentations and consultative discussions with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) focused on participation and reinsurance performance.
Develop and maintain proforma models for participation programs and reinsurance structures.
Perform valuation and reporting of reinsurance positions, present findings to clients and senior leadership.
Manage and optimize dealer loan programs as part of client financial solutions.
Collaborate with Sales, Field Services, Actuarial, and Data Analytics teams to deliver accurate reporting and strategic recommendations.
Travel extensively (50%+) to client sites and industry events to support business development and relationship management.
Maintain strong knowledge of captives, reinsurance structures, and participation processes to advise clients effectively.
What are the requirements needed for this position?
A minimum of 8 years in automotive finance, insurance, or reinsurance programs.
Strong background in financial modeling, client consulting, and sales enablement.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
Ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Ability to operate effectively in a 100% virtual, global workspace.
10 or years professional work experience in the Auto Industry or Financial Services and leading teams
5 or more years in successful participation / reinsurance management experience or equivalent Automotive Dealership consulting experience in F&I products and/or claims management
At least 5 years of successful cross-functional team leadership experience required with demonstrated results.
Broad knowledge and understanding of captives, reinsurance and overall participation processes, systems and regulations, Desirably CPA

Pay Range:
$122,400.00 - $204,400.00Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
