We're on the lookout for skilled and passionate product marketers with a strong technical edge to join our growing team. In this role, reporting directly to the VP of Product Marketing, you’ll dive deep into understanding customer needs and market dynamics, shaping solution messaging and go-to-market strategies in close partnership with teams like Product Management, Program Management, Data Science, and field organizations across the globe.

You're a top-tier product marketer with playbooks for messaging, positioning, customer stories, ROI models, ICPs, and other foundational elements for go-to-market strategy. You thrive on collaboration, bring creativity to the table, and are known for flawless execution. Building trust across product, marketing, and sales teams comes naturally to you. You're driven by a customer-first mindset, always ensuring their voice is at the center of everything you do. You know how to move fast, make an impact, be scrappy and polished at the same time

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you'll be hands-on with near-term product launches while also championing a long-term vision for our customers. You'll be operating at the intersection of strategic product planning and major market shifts, leading a dynamic marketing team empowered to think big and move fast.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute bold, insight-driven GTM strategies that align with business goals and accelerate growth.
  • Use data, market trends, and performance metrics to guide investment decisions and boost ROI.
  • Stay curious—learn what differentiates your products and turn that into clear, compelling stories.
  • Be a passionate product advocate who energizes and unites internal teams around a common vision.
  • Collaborate effectively across teams—sales, product, marketing, and go-to-market—to drive alignment.
  • Equip sales with impactful content built around customer narratives and strong product positioning.
  • Understand both technical product details and customer needs to shape relevant messaging.
  • Track competitors, monitor trends, and stay informed on emerging technologies.
  • Continuously refine product messaging to highlight customer value and market differentiation.
  • Define ICPs and tailor messaging for key segments and personas.
  • Work with Product Management to influence development based on market needs.
  • Lead successful product launches and apply win/loss insights to drive improvements.
  • Inspire belief in the product and ensure messaging resonates with customer executives and decision-makers.

Requirements
  • At least 10 years’ work experience in product marketing, sales engineering, or product management, with at least 7 years in the area of online fraud detection and financial crimes.
  • Domain expertise in digital fraud, authentication and financial crimes is a must. Experience with device risk will be a plus.
  • Experience in customer facing roles in financial services dealing with large banks for retail fraud use cases is ideal.
  • Solid understanding of predictive model building using machine learning methodologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Multi-lingual proficiency would be a plus.
  • Self-motivated, quick learner
  • Demonstrate the ability to work well under time pressure, collaborate cross-functionally, with a level of curiosity and a sense of ownership.
  • Candidate must possess a positive attitude, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Travel up to 25%
