We’re hiring a Director of Product Marketing to build and own product marketing at Aragorn.

This is a hands-on builder role. We’re looking for someone who can deeply understand our customers, turn those insights into compelling positioning and content, and work directly with Sales and Demand Generation to create qualified pipeline. You’ll personally create and ship, not just develop strategy or manage agencies.

You’ll work closely with the CEO, Product, Sales, and Demand Generation.

A major initial focus will be establishing the market narrative and demand engine for Analytics Studio and Agentic Studio, while continuing to strengthen the positioning and customer proof behind Integration Studio.

What You’ll Own
  • Positioning and messaging: Turn customer problems and product capabilities into clear narratives for HRIS, People Systems, People Analytics, HR Operations, and CHRO buyers.

  • Content and thought leadership: Personally create high-quality customer stories, POV pieces, webinars, guides, product narratives, landing pages, sales materials, and campaigns.

  • Customer intelligence: Spend time with customers and prospects to understand how they describe their problems, why they buy, what alternatives they consider, and what triggers action.

  • Product launches: Own the go-to-market motion for new products, capabilities, integrations, and use cases.

  • Demand creation: Work with Demand Generation to continuously test messages, personas, offers, and campaigns that generate qualified conversations.

  • Sales enablement: Give Sales the stories, proof points, competitive positioning, decks, and materials needed to move opportunities forward.

  • Customer proof: Turn successful customer outcomes into case studies, quantified proof points, references, and reusable sales assets.

  • Market and competitive intelligence: Understand how Aragorn fits against HR analytics platforms, integration platforms, HCM vendors, AI tools, and the status quo.

  • Events and webinars: Build the narrative, content, and follow-up motions around industry events and create programs that generate ongoing demand.

  • Website and digital narrative: Own how Aragorn communicates its platform, products, use cases, and customer outcomes across our website and other market-facing channels.

What Success Looks Like

This role isn’t measured by how much content gets produced. It’s measured by whether the market responds.

In your first 90 days, we expect you to develop a deep understanding of our customers and ICP, sharpen the positioning of our three Studios, establish a consistent content and campaign cadence, build stronger customer proof, and launch multiple GTM experiments with Sales and Demand Generation.

Over time, success means more qualified pipeline, better conversion, stronger customer proof, clearer market positioning, and faster product launches.

Most importantly, Aragorn should increasingly have a repeatable market presence and demand engine that doesn’t depend on the CEO personally creating every piece of messaging and content.

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with significant product marketing experience.

  • Experience marketing complex enterprise software.

  • Experience in HR technology, People Analytics, HCM, data/integration infrastructure, analytics, or enterprise AI is strongly preferred.

  • Experience marketing to HR technology, HRIS, People Analytics, People Operations, or CHRO audiences is a plus.

  • A track record of turning technical products into simple, compelling business narratives.

  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills. You should be comfortable personally creating content, not just managing its production.

  • Experience working directly with founders, sales teams, customers, and product teams.

  • Comfort interviewing customers and turning those conversations into positioning, content, and market insights.

  • Experience launching new products or categories where the playbook wasn’t already established.

  • A strong understanding of how product marketing connects to pipeline and revenue.

  • Comfortable operating in an early-stage environment with high ownership, speed, and ambiguity.
