Our platform combines advanced technology with personalized support to simplify complex specialty-medication journeys—impacting the lives of millions of patients every year.

Position Summary

The Director of Product Marketing will define, lead, and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for AssistRx’s portfolio of technology and patient-support solutions. This leader will bridge product management, marketing, and commercial teams—ensuring every product launch, positioning statement, and sales enablement asset clearly communicates AssistRx’s value and drives adoption.

This is a strategic, hands-on role ideal for a data-driven storyteller who thrives in a high-growth healthcare-tech environment and knows how to translate complex capabilities into compelling market narratives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Own GTM Strategy: Lead product positioning, messaging, pricing, and launch planning for AssistRx’s patient-support and specialty-pharma solutions.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze competitive landscape, customer insights, and emerging trends to inform strategy and identify whitespace opportunities.
  • Sales Enablement: Build tools, decks, and training programs that empower the sales organization with strong product narratives and differentiated messaging.
  • Content and Campaign Development: Partner with marketing communications to deliver high-impact materials—white papers, case studies, landing pages, videos, and thought-leadership campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, Sales, Client Success, and Data & Reporting teams to align market feedback with roadmap priorities.
  • Performance Tracking: Measure campaign performance and product-marketing ROI using KPIs such as adoption, engagement, and lead conversion rates.

Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 8+ years of B2B product-marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or SaaS.
  • Proven success developing and executing GTM strategies for complex software or service products.
  • Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills; able to translate technical concepts into client value.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data and market insights to drive strategy.
  • Demonstrated collaboration across cross-functional and executive teams.

Preferred:

  • Experience in healthcare technology, specialty-pharma services, or patient-access programs.
  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing-automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Experience leading or mentoring product-marketing teams.

Benefits
  • Supportive, progressive, fast-paced environment
  • Competitive pay structure
  • Matching 401(k) with immediate vesting
  • Medical, dental, vision, life, & short-term disability insurance
  • Opportunity to impact patient outcomes through data-driven healthcare technology.
  • Collaborative and mission-driven culture that values innovation and continuous learning.
  • Access to cutting-edge cloud technologies and modern data engineering tools.
  • Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and career growth opportunities
