We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Director of Product Management with a CEO mentality, someone who thinks beyond product execution to drive global business growth, revenue impact, and market leadership. This role requires expertise in global product management, global services management, and market intelligence, ensuring that product strategies align with international expansion opportunities and evolving customer needs.

The ideal candidate has business case development experience, and a strong outcome-driven approach, ensuring that product investments translate into measurable business success. They will drive a global product vision, balancing innovation with execution, and leveraging market insights to scale products and services worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Global Product Strategy & Business Growth:

  • Define and execute a global product strategy, aligning with company goals and identifying opportunities for international expansion.
  • Own the global product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business impact, customer needs, and regional market dynamics and expectations.
  • Develop and present business cases to executives, ensuring product investments align with financial objectives and market demands.
  • Manage product lines by optimizing costs while driving revenue growth in global markets.

  • Leadership & Team Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing global product management team, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
  • Instill a CEO mentality within the team—encouraging strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and market-driven execution.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across engineering, design, marketing, sales, operations, and global services to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives and service levels.

  • Outcome-Driven Global Product Execution:

  • Oversee the full product lifecycle, ensuring timely, high-quality product launches that drive global business outcomes.
  • Utilize global market intelligence to inform product decisions, identify key trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning and pricing.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (e.g., revenue impact, customer adoption, regional market penetration) to measure success and iterate on product strategies and deliverables.
  • Balance short-term execution with long-term strategic investments to drive sustainable international growth.

  • Global Market Intelligence & Services Expansion:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities across different regions and industries.
  • Expand global services offerings, ensuring product-market fit in diverse geographic, regulatory, and industry landscapes.
  • Engage with international customers, industry leaders, and partners to adapt and refine global product strategies and offerings.
  • Leverage insights from different global markets to drive innovation and differentiation in products and services.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive product management experience, with at least 5 years leading global product portfolios or international expansion initiatives in workplace solutions.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, customer adoption, and market expansion across multiple geographies.
  • Experience developing and presenting strategic business cases to C-level stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of global product development, go-to-market strategies, and international regulatory and compliance environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging market intelligence, financial data, and customer feedback to drive decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and scale high-performing, geographically distributed product teams.
  • Experience managing global service offerings or working in environments with complex service/product integrations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global and cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • Industry experience in SaaS, enterprise technology, or global B2B platforms is strongly preferred.
