About the Role

Kaseya is seeking an exceptional Director of Product Management to lead our Cloud & Hypervisor Cyber Resilience product line. In this strategic role, you will define and drive the vision for cutting-edge solutions that protect organizations' critical cloud infrastructure and virtualized environments from cyber threats. You'll be responsible for building and executing a roadmap that positions Kaseya as a leader in cyber resilience while delivering measurable business value to our customers.

What You'll DoStrategic Vision & Leadership
  • Define and drive the product line strategy for Cloud & Hypervisor Cyber Resilience solutions, evangelizing the vision both internally and externally to customers, partners, employees, and investors
  • Ensure the roadmap aligns with overall product and company objectives while maintaining deep expertise on the cyber resilience domain, market dynamics, and emerging trends
  • Develop and track key performance indicators including north star metrics, usage and growth metrics, and quality benchmarks
Customer Advocacy & Market Expertise
  • Serve as the champion and voice of customers, building impactful relationships with key stakeholders
  • Own requirements, specifications, and release plans with a customer-driven mindset through frequent customer conversations and continuous feedback loops
  • Act as the domain and product expert in customer interactions, both face-to-face and online, demonstrating thought leadership in cyber resilience
  • Bring the customer's voice into every stage of the product creation process
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and user experience teams to define and develop best-in-class product experiences
  • Inspire Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams with your vision, market knowledge, and execution capabilities
  • Evangelize the vision consistently across all stakeholders to ensure alignment, context, and shared understanding of direction
Team Leadership
  • Recruit and retain top-tier product management talent and continually raise the talent bar
  • Inspire your team with genuine enthusiasm and passion for cyber resilience and customer success
What You'll BringRequired Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 10+ years of product management or similar experience in enterprise software, cloud computing, internet technology, SaaS, or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience leading high-performing product management teams
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Lean, Kanban, etc.)
  • Proven leadership ability to set vision, excite, and lead cross-functional technology teams and broader stakeholder groups
  • Demonstrated success bringing enterprise software products (on-premises/SaaS/PaaS) to market
  • Strong technical skills and business acumen with proven ability to execute across the spectrum from technical challenges to go-to-market and business strategies
  • Experience in Pricing & packaging of SaaS offerings
  • Exceptional organizational, written, and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in cyber resilience, cybersecurity, backup and recovery, business continuity, or cloud infrastructure domains
  • Understanding of hypervisor technologies (Hyper-V, VMware, Nutanix, etc.) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Customer references from line of business or IT leaders who can recommend your work from previous roles
