Role Overview 

We are seeking a Director for one of our technologies AcciClaim. This leader will optimize our workflow product strategy. This leader will focus on operational excellence, ensuring AcciClaim supports high-volume, efficient claims processing and enhances user experience. This is a critical role in maintaining our industry leadership and driving continued success in the Complex Claims and Denials industry. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Own the vision and execution of AcciClaim’s workflow strategy to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and analytics teams to optimize AcciClaim’s impact 
  • Quickly understand business unit nuances and align workflow solutions to real-world challenges
  • Leverage data-driven insights to identify pain points and implement scalable workflow improvements
  • Define and manage key performance metrics, ensuring AcciClaim delivers measurable business value
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and user-focused innovation

 

Qualifications 

  • 2+ years of experience at the Director level with a track record of leadership in product management  
  • Proven ability to drive product innovation, making work easier and more efficient for users
  • Experience developing data-driven solutions, with a deep understanding of business cases, P&L, and analytics
  • Strong leadership and team-building experience, with a focus on execution and delivering results
  • Expert-level knowledge of the RCM industry, specific to healthcare industry

Work at Home Requirements: 

  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home. 
  • A secure home internet connection with speeds >20 Mbps for downloads and >10 Mbps for uploads is required.
