As Director, Product Initiatives & Programs you will play a key role in scaling and supporting our Product Management organization as we maintain and expand our portfolio of solutions.  You will work closely with product leadership to bring clarity, coordination, and operational excellence to a complex and fast-moving environment.

You will lead and support initiatives that drive alignment across engineering, growth, services, and go-to-market teams. Your work will directly impact how we deliver against our roadmap, bring forward new capabilities like AI across the portfolio, and grow the business.  You’ll manage key operational cadences, own executive reporting, and serve as a right-hand operator to the SVP of Product.

You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy managing complexity, are energized by connecting dots across teams, and have a strong bias for action and clarity.

  • Drive execution and tracking of high-priority product initiatives across the portfolio
  • Monitor roadmap allocation and help ensure resources are aligned to strategic priorities
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication between Product, Engineering, Services, and Growth
  • Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure feedback is captured, organized, and available for product decision-making

  • Support executive and board-level product reporting through streamlined data collection and synthesis, ensuring strategic topics are discussed with clarity and the right data in hand

  • Partner with Growth on product portfolio management and forecasts
  • Continuously improve how the product team operates by identifying opportunities to streamline tooling, documentation, and reporting infrastructure

What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or strategic operations
  • Strong project management capabilities; proven track record managing multiple complex initiatives
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; able to work with data teams or tools to support decision-making
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to work across disciplines and influence without authority
  • High comfort operating independently, handling ambiguity, and driving to outcomes
  • Experience in SaaS or healthcare/finance software industries preferred
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and product development lifecycles
  • A team-first mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability
