A Director of Product Enablement is responsible for interfacing and partnering with cross-functional teams - such as engineering, sales, and marketing. They are the owner of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. They are responsible for teams that help users find content & features creating the foundations of strong user engagement.

What you’ll do:

  • Improving product delivery by developing operations, processes, frameworks, and resources that can be scaled across organizational boundaries

  • Partnering with leaders to establish milestones that balance the development of new product capabilities with security, operational, and/or regulatory risks; influencing end-state architecture and driving secure, resilient, performant and scalable technology solutions

  • Influencing senior leaders and executives to gain alignment, secure resources, and overcome obstacles

  • Creating vision and strategy for product vertical with your product leaders

  • Prioritizing and setting the outcomes with your teams based on the company strategy

  • Driving roadmap execution and cross platform teamwork to build the most valuable product our users

  • Commercial Readiness and Feedback Loop: Own the "Internal GTM" process. While PMM focuses on market messaging and primary customer, you ensure Sales and Retention teams are functionally successful in their demonstration, sales, and support of new features. Systematize "Loss" and "Churn" signals into high-signal strategic briefs that influence the core product roadmap to enable this success..

  • Value Realization: Partner with Retention teams to build data-driven ROI frameworks that justify renewals for large enterprise clients.

  • Roadmap Enablement: Serve as the primary liaison for Sales and CS to train and test the teams on Roadmap presentation. Enable and Support Sales to manage non-strategic feature requests by aligning field expectations with the 12-month vision.

  • Solution Package: Act as the Product owner for ideation and development of new Solution Packages (industry, segment, addon (ex premium support). Lead the effort cross-functionally across product, content, technology, and work with Project for launch coordination and project management.

  • Pricing and Packaging Input: This role sees the value gaps first and should inform the business on when to move a solution or feature into "Core" vs a "Paid Add-on or Package”.

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and collaboration skills

  • Organizational skills with servant leadership attitude

  • Ability to strategize product direction with inputs like competitive analysis, VoC, business reviews and business goals

Requirements:

  • Direct experience in product management or related experience shipping products to market in SaaS environment

  • Experience managing or leading a team of Product Managers or equivalents for SaaS products

  • Requires a minimum of 12 years of related or equivalent experience; or 8+ years and an advanced degree

  • This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach enables more effective collaboration, quicker decision-making, and a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $167,000 - $220,000 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
