We serve a diverse ecosystem of users – including consumers, members, providers, employers, and brokers – connecting them to Humana and to one another in ways that drive satisfaction, engagement, and business value.
We’re looking for a customer-obsessed, results-driven Director of Product Design to lead the evolution of our digital presence in the agnostic brokerage marketplace. As Director of Product Design, you’ll lead a team of product designers while partnering closely with researchers and content strategists to shape the future of our digital experiences – ensuring they are human-centered, accessible, and aligned with business priorities.
You’ll collaborate with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to define and drive experience strategy across multiple portfolios. This role requires deep expertise in ecommerce and complex decision-making journeys, particularly in regulated or high-stakes environments like healthcare. You’ll play a key role in elevating design quality, scaling design practices, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
