Job Description Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary leader to serve as the Director of Procurement Systems Management. This role will be the technical manager of our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) architecture, driving innovation and efficiency in our supply chain strategies for all material and service categories. The Director will design, implement, and oversee our P2P systems, ensuring seamless workflows, advanced automation, and robust integrations across our procurement landscape.
This role will also lead the integration of procurement systems in M&A activities, maintain data integrity standards, and uphold strong internal controls over user roles and responsibilities to prevent conflicts. The Director will manage a team of Procurement professionals fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Position Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Oversee the design and implementation of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) systems to align with organizational objectives and supply chain strategies.

  • Develop workflows and automation solutions that optimize the efficiency and accuracy of procurement operations.

  • Manage the integration of procurement systems in mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless transitions and data consistency.

  • Lead data integrity and data enrichment initiatives to ensure reliable and comprehensive procurement data.

  • Implement and maintain rigorous internal controls for user roles and system access, mitigating risks of conflicting responsibilities.

  • Supervise and mentor a team of direct reports, including Data Stewards, Procurement Analysts, Data Architects, and the Purchasing.

Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:

  • 7-10 years experience in procurement systems management.

  • Strong technical expertise in procurement workflows, automation tools, and data integration within ERP systems.

  • Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and projects, particularly in M&A integration processes.

  • Knowledge of internal controls, compliance standards, and best practices in procurement.

Compensation Range:

$145,109.00 - $192,995.00
