Honeywell is hiring a Director, Procurement Project Management. 

As a Strategy Development Director here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading the creation of the Procurement strategic initiatives aligned to the ISC strategy of building a stronger, more agile ISC organization to enable growth and deliver greater value to our customers and employees. The Procurement strategy will drive enterprise-wide Strategic Sourcing with regional execution and the development and standardization of systems and processes across our businesses. 

In this role, you will impact on the organization by shaping long-term strategies and aligning resources to achieve business objectives.

This role will work out of the Honeywell hub locations in Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA OR Houston, TX and work on a hybrid work schedule, plus 25% travel

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Lead the development of comprehensive procurement strategies
•    Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to prioritize strategic initiatives
•    Drive strategic project concepts ensuring alignment with company goals
•    Provide guidance and mentorship to strategy teams and stakeholders
•    Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize outcomes
 

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

•    10+ years of transferrable experience
•    Experience working for a large, matrixed organization 
•    Proven experience in strategic planning and business development leadership
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making
•    Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders

•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or related field
•    Experience in technology, industrial, or related sectors
•    Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
•    Innovative thinking and adaptability in a dynamic environment
