Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a remote Director of Premier Services to join our team. As our Director of Premier Services at Mosaic, you would be accountable for all things people on the Premier Services team. In this role, you would strategize on team training and development, career pathing, capacity planning, resourcing, and pre-sales estimation process.  

 

What you’ll do: 

  • Oversee a team of consultants and Premier Services Leaders within the areas of HCM (Pro), Workforce Management, HRO and Ready 
  • Provide accountability to drive the team’s overall organizational health, revenue generation, and team utilization  
  • Work with the People & Culture team on training and development programs that drive self-managed, cross-trained employees, and align skills with market demand   
  • Collaborate with VP of Managed Services, Strategic Client Advisors and other Managed Services Directors on reliable capacity planning and forecasting models  
  • Devise staffing model that allows flexible capacity for scalability through cross-training, gig employees, etc.  
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to provide proper enablement and support to meet Company KPIs 
  • Model and promote Mosaic’s Service Vision to foster an organization known for outstanding customer service.   
  • Drive continuous improvement and process simplification in all areas of Premier Services by leading the setup of governance, quality control and SOPs. 
  • Identify opportunities for automation, and AI to scale operations and increase Managed Services value. 
  • Determine solutions that support our team members, our company, and our clients’ needs.

What makes you successful: 

Need to haves: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience  
  • 8-10+ years of Professional Services experience 
  • 3-5 years of Managed Services experience  
  • Experience building, leading, and motivating a high growth, fast-paced services organization within the HCM industry   
  • Ability to work fully remotely and travel as needed  

 

Nice to haves: 

  • UKG experience strongly preferred
