The Director, PMO for Marketing will establish and lead a centralized Project Management Office to support Intapp’s highest-priority, cross-functional marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for bringing structure, rigor, and clarity to complex, multi-stakeholder programs—ensuring work is scoped correctly, resourced effectively, sequenced logically, and delivered on time.

The PMO will play a critical role in enabling flagship initiatives by reducing executional bottlenecks, improving cross-team coordination, and creating a shared operating rhythm across Marketing.

What you will do:

PMO Strategy & Operating Model

• Stand up and operationalize a formal PMO function to support cross-functional marketing initiatives.

• Define PMO scope, engagement model, governance, and standards.

• Establish practical project management methodologies and best practices.

Program & Project Leadership

• Lead complex, cross-functional and multi-product initiatives such as flagship events and activations, product and brand campaigns, and thought leadership programs.

• Drive clarity across objectives, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.

• Proactively identify and resolve executional blockers.

Team Leadership & Development

• Build and manage a small, high-impact PMO team.

• Integrate existing project and creative operations resources into a cohesive PMO structure.

• Coach and develop team members with clear expectations and career paths.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Serve as a central point of truth for plans, timelines, and interdependencies.

• Partner closely with Brand, Creative, Product Marketing, and GTM teams

• Improve communication flow and predictability across teams.

Planning, Visibility & Accountability

• Maintain integrated project plans and marketing calendars where appropriate.

• Provide concise status reporting to stakeholders and executive leadership.

• Continuously refine processes to improve PMO effectiveness.

What you will need:

• 12+ years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management.

• Proven experience standing up or scaling a PMO or equivalent function.

• Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels across a multi-product technology platform

• Experience in complex, fast-moving marketing or business environments.

Your actual base salary will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, geographic location, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, variable compensation and equity may also be included.
