About Us

At Prenuvo, we are on a mission to flip the paradigm from reactive “sick-care” to proactive health care. Our award-winning whole body scan is fast (under 1 hour), safe (MRI has no ionizing radiation), and non-invasive (no contrast). Our unique integrated stack of optimized hardware, software, and increasingly AI, coupled with the patient-centric experience across our domestic and global clinics, have allowed us to lead the change against “we caught it too late again".

We’re looking for a Director, Performance Marketing (Growth) to own and scale our paid media and lifecycle marketing programs across the full funnel from acquisition to conversion to retention.

This is a high-impact role responsible for building and executing multi-channel strategies across TV, OTT, OOH, Print, Digital, Email, SMS, Push, and SEO. You'll play a critical role in optimizing our LTV:CAC, driving sustainable growth, and reshaping how people access proactive healthcare. This role will be responsible for managing an in-house team and agencies.

If you’re passionate about data-driven growth, creative experimentation, and making a measurable difference in people’s lives, we’d love to meet you.

Help reshape the world through proactive healthcare while working with cutting-edge technology and high performing teams with deep expertise - join us to make a difference in people’s lives!

What You'll Do

  • Lifecycle marketing (lead gen, conversion, retention)
    • Own CRM strategy across email, SMS, push, and in-app: acquisition captures, onboarding, nurture, upsell, cross-sell, reactivation, and win-back.
    • Design segmentation, personalization, send cadence, and content frameworks tied to user state and predicted value.
    • Stand up referral, loyalty, and lead magnet programs; integrate with paid to retarget and suppress efficiently.
    • Partner with eComm/Prod to optimize capture surfaces, PDPs/LPs, and checkout to improve CVR and reduce churn.
  • Offline media buying
    • Lead planning and buying for TV/CTV, OOH, print, audio/radio, and direct mail, aligned with digital.
    • Build geo-first test plans (geo splits, phased market rollouts) to read lift and scale.
    • Negotiate rates, placements, and value-adds; set creative rotation and flighting.
    • Implement unified frequency and reach management across offline and online.
  • Digital performance media
    • Oversee Search, Social, Programmatic, Affiliates, and Marketplaces with robust creative and landing page testing.
    • Deploy audience frameworks: prospecting, retargeting, and suppression using first-party data and clean rooms.
  • Measurement and experimentation
    • Heavily influence the measurement roadmap: MMM, MTA, geo-experiments, platform lift studies, and holdouts.
    • Build an incrementality program with always-on tests; codify decision rules for scaling/pausing.
    • Define the source of truth for LTV, attribution windows, and forecasting. Partner with Marketing Analytics and Finance on models and reporting.
    • Publish weekly scorecards and monthly QBRs with insights, not just metrics.
  • SEO and organic discovery
    • Lead SEO strategy (technical, content, authority) to grow qualified traffic and conversion in partnership with eComm and Editorial.
    • Prioritize backlogs using impact sizing tied to revenue.
  • Creative and messaging
    • Drive a performance creative engine: briefs, rapid iteration, modular assets for offline and digital.
    • Establish test matrices for hooks, offers, formats, and CTAs by audience and channel.
  • Team and operations
    • Hire, develop, and mentor channel owners, CRM managers, and analysts.
    • Run tight operating rituals: weekly performance reviews, test readouts, and roadmap prioritization.
    • Ensure compliance with privacy, consent, and deliverability standards.

What You’ll Bring

  • 12+ years in performance media and CRM/SEO with hands-on leadership across online and offline channels.
  • Proven ownership of LTV:CAC, payback, and incrementality at scale.
  • Deep experience planning and buying TV/CTV, OOH, and print, including geo-testing and lift reads.
  • Lifecycle marketing expertise across email, SMS, push, and in-app with segmentation and personalization at scale.
  • Strong measurement background: MMM design and vendor management, MTA, geo-experiments, platform lift, holdouts, and causal inference basics.
  • Fluency with analytics and tooling: GA4 or equivalent, CDP (e.g., Segment/mParticle), attribution (e.g., AppsFlyer/Adjust), BI (e.g., Looker/Tableau), testing platforms, CRM (e.g., Braze/Iterable/SFMC).
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; SQL familiarity preferred.
  • Clear communicator with executive-ready narratives and concise recommendations.
  • Excellent project management and prioritization.
  • BA required; MBA a plus.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • LTV:CAC Ratio & Payback Period: Measure efficiency and time-to-return on customer acquisition.
  • Incremental Revenue & Channel/Geo Lift: Track revenue gains and performance uplift by marketing channel or geographic region.
  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), ROAS, and MER: Assess paid media efficiency through return on ad spend and media efficiency ratio.
  • Lead Capture, Activation, Retention & Reactivation Rates: Monitor lifecycle performance from acquisition through re-engagement.
  • Organic Sessions, Keyword Rankings & SEO Conversion Rate (CVR): Evaluate effectiveness of organic search strategies and downstream conversion.
  • Creative Testing Velocity & Win Rate: Track how frequently creative is tested and the percentage of winning variations.
