Location: Remote US
Compensation Range: $175,000 to $190,000 base plus bonus and equity
What We Do:
Huntress is a fully remote, global team of passionate experts and ethical badasses on a mission to break down the barriers to cybersecurity. Whether creating purpose-built security solutions, hunting down hackers, or impacting our community, our people go above and beyond to change the security game and make a real difference.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress protects all businesses—not just the 1%—with enterprise-grade, fully owned, and managed cybersecurity products at the price of an affordable SaaS application. The Huntress difference is our One Team advantage: our technology is designed with our industry-defining Security Operations Center (SOC) in mind and is never separated from our service.
We protect 3M+ endpoints and 1M+ identities worldwide, elevating under-resourced IT teams with protection that works as hard as they do. As long as hackers keep hacking, Huntress keeps hunting.
What You’ll Do:
Huntress is looking for a Director of Partner Marketing to spearhead the creation and scaling of our partner marketing engine. As a pivotal member of our demand generation team, you'll be instrumental in architecting and executing strategies that drive growth across our diverse partner ecosystem—including MSPs, VARs, and ISVs.
This isn't just a role; it's an opportunity to build something impactful from the ground up. We need a dynamic leader who thrives on turning strategic vision into tangible results, driving measurable business impact by amplifying our reach through powerful partnerships. You'll be the architect of our partner marketing success, shaping experiences, aligning with sales, and representing the partner voice at the leadership table.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overarching partner marketing strategy to increase pipeline and revenue from MSPs, Resellers/VARs, and ISVs. This includes creating scalable frameworks and campaigns tailored to different partner tiers and segments.
- Integrate partner marketing efforts into the broader demand generation strategy, working with partner leadership and field teams to create acquisition and cross-sell campaigns that maximize pipeline.
- Oversee all partner marketing budgets, including Market Development Funds (MDF), ensuring strategic allocation and reporting on ROI and business impact.
- Serve as a key liaison across departments, facilitating planning with sales and marketing teams to align initiatives with recruitment and revenue goals. You will also advocate for partner marketing to executive leaders, influencing the broader company roadmap.
- Design and execute a comprehensive communication plan for partners, leveraging newsletters, webinars, events, and a robust content strategy.
- Utilize data and performance insights to refine strategies and provide data-driven recommendations. Build partner marketing success metrics and reporting from the ground up. You will also oversee enhancements to the partner marketing tech stack to ensure operational efficiency and scalability.
What You Bring To The Team:
- 10+ years of experience in partner/channel marketing or B2B marketing, with substantial focus on developing programs for MSPs, Resellers/VARs, and ISVs.
- Demonstrated history of establishing new functions, crafting strategies, and successfully executing programs that accelerate indirect revenue and foster partner growth
- Demonstrated success in designing and executing multi-channel partner campaigns directly linked to pipeline generation and revenue achievements.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (Salesforce), and partner relationship management (PRM) tools.
- Experience extracting actionable insights from marketing and partner performance data, using them to mold plans and influence critical decisions.
- Comfortable thriving in highly cross-functional environments and presenting at an executive level.
- Strong sense of ownership, high accountability, and a consistent track record of delivering results.
- Experience in mid-market technologies and cybersecurity is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 20% for key partner events and field engagements.
What We Offer:
- 100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
- Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
- 12 weeks of paid parental leave
- Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
- 401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution
- Life and Disability insurance plans
- Stock options for all full-time employees
- One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office
- Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance
- $75 USD/month digital reimbursement
- Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth
