The Role 

Home Solutions is seeking a Director of Paid Media to lead the strategy, growth, and execution of a key paid media P&L. This is a great opportunity for a leader with an entrepreneurial mindset who can drive game-changing results.

We’re looking for a Paid Media expert who is strategic, analytical, and passionate about driving measurable business impact with cross-functional teams. You should have a strong background in digital marketing, be comfortable with data, and motivated to take ownership of strategic initiatives.

Your Day to Day

  • Own P&L results and drive profitable paid media growth in an environment that is not budget constrained.
  • Launch, analyze and optimize paid media accounts across a variety of channels, with a focus on SEM and Google Ads.

Build process and execute with consistent excellence in paid media platforms, guided by current best practices.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge
  • Constantly evaluate the competitive and paid media landscape to inform ad testing and campaign strategy
  • Conduct profitability analyses on opportunity segments to unlock growth (i.e. keywords, bidding, devices).
  • Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams, including CRO, Monetization, and Design, to drive growth within the P&L.
  • Effectively communicate with senior leadership on financial metrics, issues, and opportunities.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing paid media team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid media and performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful Paid Media strategies at scale.
  • Deep expertise in digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads in particular
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong leadership experience, including team building, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to a variety of audiences.
  • Committed to using AI tools to elevate analytical abilities and support complex projects.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, or Tableau preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
