As Director, Organic Growth - Sports Related Products, you will play a key role in driving the execution of SEO strategies to maximise organic performance for Sports related products on web. You will be responsible for content strategy, digital PR integration, technical SEO collaboration, and search performance analysis, ensuring best-in-class execution to increase visibility, traffic, and conversions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the execution of our Sports related products SEO strategy, ensuring alignment with product and regional objectives.
- Oversee content planning and briefing to ensure SEO best practices are embedded in all organic content initiatives.
- Drive digital PR efforts, working with the Director, Content and Digital PR to enhance brand authority and organic visibility.
- Work closely with the Tech SEO Manager to ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented effectively.
- Provide actionable insights through data analysis and performance reporting, informing optimisation strategies.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure SEO is factored into site development and content structures.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in global markets.
- Strong technical understanding of on-page SEO and the ability to collaborate with technical teams.
- Familiarity with technical SEO principles, including site architecture, crawlability, and structured data.
- Experience working with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
