This role is the commercial backbone of the Oreo brand, supporting commercial excellence and delivery of business results. This role connects portfolio strategy to execution by translating data into insights, managing core business management processes and key initiatives (PPA, waste mitigation) to drive strong commercial performance. As business owner, this role owns end to end P&L delivery of core Oreo strategy. In this role, you create and deploy future-proof brand strategies that are grounded in deep consumer insight, data-driven and digitally integrated to ensure profitable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Develop data-based insights driven strategy for core Oreo

  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive omnichannel market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights as needed; leverage data analytics to provide actionable insights.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Category Leadership, Planning, RGM, and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution of category plans and alignment with business goals.

  • Business Owner: Manage and deliver strong Brand P&L and financial performance including market share, revenue, volume and profit including A&C Management

  • Commercial Execution: Ensure strong commercial execution with brand end-to-end ownership including EBP process, Business Performance Management, Waste Management, PPA etc.

  • Growth Plans: Build strong brand growth plans with all key growth channels and customers

  • PPA: Ensure the right SKU/product/package across the full core portfolio are in line with brand strategy and evolving consumer demands

  • Customer Strategy & Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners to drive business impact (both long term and short term)

  • Leadership experience in creating and deploying effective brand strategies of a global scope and impact for billion-dollar brands/categories

  • Proven experience in category development, key accounts and market insights analysis and delivering growth through category leadership

  • P&L Decision ability at a leadership level

What extra ingredients you will bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics etc.). MBA preferred.

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in category management within the CPG industry across retail channels. Solid understanding of the retail marketplace.

  • 3+ years in a managerial role or with experience leading teams

Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $142,700 to $235,455; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program. In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
