Qualifications:Education
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field required. If hired candidate has nursing degree, must be licensed as an RN in the state of Missouri.
- Master’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related healthcare field preferred.
Experience
- Five (5) years of progressive healthcare leadership experience with demonstrated responsibility for clinical operations, nursing leadership, financial management, and strategic planning.
- Experience leading multiple departments, service lines, or cost centers in acute care and/or ambulatory settings.
- Demonstrated success in physician partnership, caregiver engagement, operational improvement, and quality outcomes.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
- Strong clinical and operational leadership capabilities.
- Knowledge of women's and children's healthcare services, including obstetrics, neonatal care, pediatrics, and ambulatory operations.
- Strategic planning and business acumen.
- Financial management and budget oversight.
- Process improvement and performance management expertise.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and change leadership skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory, accreditation, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams and influence across organizational levels.
