ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- · Strategize and oversee the success of the implementation of Honeywell Manufacturing Excellence (HMX) across the business
- · Work with the individual sites to Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for HMX, aligning it with business goals and objectives
- · Provide guidance and mentorship to HMX Senior Managers and teams in implementing Lean methodologies and tools
- · Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HMX site assessments initiatives, making recommendations for enhancements
- · Prepare monthly updates with sites and Senior management aligned with deliverables for each of the sites under scope of responsibilities.
- · Participate in operational improvements as needed within the sites under scope of responsibilities to include productivity improvements tied to continuous improvement.
YOU MUST HAVE
- · 8+ years of experience and mastery in implementing and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- · 8+ years of experience in proven leadership of managers and individual contributors
- · Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- · Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- · Ability to clearly and concisely communicate at all levels of the organization.
