We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Omnichannel Monetization to lead and deliver 360° monetization across ecoATM Gazelle's consumer ecosystem. Reporting to the VP of Omnichannel and Monetization, this role is both a business owner and a builder: responsible for leading ecommerce product and store teams, crafting revenue strategies, collaborating across teams, and executing end-to-end. 

You will lead the monetization product management, eCommerce sales and store operations while building new revenue streams and value-added services (subscriptions, loyalty programs, services), optimize margins, and drive sustainable growth. This role demands a unique combination of strategy, day-to-day execution, technical fluency, and growth competency. The right person for this role will be able to balance margin optimization and growth, while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience and operational excellence. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and drive the omnichannel monetization strategy in collaboration with executive leadership. 
  • Lead monetization product management, eCommerce sales/store operations teams and retail and marketplace monetization initiatives (Amazon, TikTok, and emerging channels). 
  • Partner with Engineering to plan, build, and launch monetization capabilities and features. 
  • Drive daily execution excellence and achievement of contribution targets to overall revenue and margin goals. 
  • Own business partnerships that power monetization strategies to develop specific roadmaps within each line of these revenue streams. 
  • Collaborate closely with Omnichannel Platform, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Engineering, and Business Development teams to ensure end-to-end alignment and success. 
  • Design, execute and measure A/B tests that prove the value of the customer-centric features you are bringing to market. Foster a culture of experimentation, customer obsession, and continuous optimization. 
  • Think big. Across physical and digital footprints. Bring opportunity for coalescence and customer value.  

Qualifications 

  • 10+ years in growth, product management, eCommerce, growth and/or monetization roles with business ownership. 
  • Product led background. You own your numbers and all results that lead to them. 
  • Customer centric. You bring to the table knowledge of how to go about surfacing customer insights and using them to guide decision making. 
  • Proven success building and scaling 0-1 revenue initiatives with a Product-Led Growth approach (e.g., usage-based growth loops, free-to-paid conversion strategies). 
  • Experience managing business outcomes and budgets, contributing to larger P&L goals. 
  • Strong growth operator mindset: hands-on, metrics-driven, results-oriented. 
  • Technical fluency to collaborate closely with engineers and architects. 
  • Expertise in revenue optimization, pricing models, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and scaling programs.

Compensation: $215,000 - $250,000 + bonus + equity options 

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per CA SB 1162 (“CA Pay Transparency Law”). Base pay information is based on market location. Learn more about ecoATM benefits here.

This position may also be eligible for short-term and long-term incentives based on individual and company performance.
