What’s the opportunity?

We are hiring a Director of New Business Sales to lead and scale our net-new revenue motion within the behavioral health provider market. This role is responsible for building, coaching, and managing a team of Account Executives who sell our SaaS platform to behavioral health providers, including outpatient practices, clinics, and health systems. As a senior leader in a growing healthcare startup, you will shape our go-to-market strategy, establish repeatable sales processes, and ensure consistent execution as we expand our footprint and impact across behavioral health.

Who are you?

You are an experienced SaaS sales leader with a deep understanding of selling into healthcare providers—ideally within behavioral health. You are a coach and builder who thrives on developing high-performing teams rather than carrying a personal quota. You bring clarity, structure, and accountability while remaining adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment. You are comfortable engaging with executive, clinical, and operational stakeholders and know how to guide teams through complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

How will you contribute?

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Account Executives responsible for net-new behavioral health provider acquisition
  • Own team performance against new business revenue targets through pipeline management, forecasting, and deal inspection
  • Develop and refine sales processes, messaging, and best practices for selling SaaS solutions into behavioral health providers
  • Provide hands-on coaching across discovery, qualification, deal strategy, stakeholder mapping, and negotiation
  • Support Account Executives on complex or strategic deals, including executive-level conversations when needed
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer teams to align on ICP, positioning, and market feedback
     

What qualifications and skills will help you to be successful?

  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 3+ years in a sales leadership role
  • Proven experience managing Account Executives selling net-new business into healthcare provider organizations
  • Strong understanding of behavioral health provider workflows, buying processes, and budget cycles
  • Demonstrated success coaching teams through complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Strong pipeline inspection, forecasting, and performance management capabilities
  • Excellent executive presence, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Experience operating in high-growth or startup environments

  • The base pay range for this position is $190,000 - $200,000 per year plus variable compensation. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on several factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, length of service, and geographic location.
