The Services organization is critical for the sustained, long-term growth of Mastercard.
Within Services, the Business & Market Insights (BMI) team plays a critical role in accelerating growth across North America. This role will support the Operational Intelligence product suite across US and Canada.
The successful candidate will be passionate about driving go-to-market (GTM) execution and work closely with cross-functional partners, including Sales, Client Services, and Global Product to bring differentiated, insight led solutions to market.
The Role:• Contribute to the development and execution of go-to-market plans for Operational Intelligence products, ensuring alignment with regional and global priorities• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including global product, NAM regional product, sales, account management, and client services to ensure a cohesive customer experience for BMI products from pre-sales through execution• Monitor customer feedback, market trends, and product performance to inform product enhancements and GTM adjustments • Lead the development of localized sales enablement materials, including product decks, use cases, case studies, and playbooks• Provide product expertise during customer meetings, RFP responses, proposals, and internal deal reviews• Identify, prioritize, and operationalize new customer segments, verticals, and use cases to accelerate product expansion and market penetration• Support regulatory and compliance requirements of BMI products relevant to the Canadian market
