The Director of Marketing will lead the marketing team, manage multi-channel campaigns, optimize client communication, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

We’re looking for a highly skilled and strategic Director of Marketing to lead our marketing department. This leadership role is responsible for supervising the marketing team, overseeing the successful execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, and driving innovation in our service offerings.
You will work closely with internal teams and clients to align marketing initiatives with business goals, develop scalable strategies, and ensure that our agency remains competitive and cutting-edge in the digital marketing space.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring quality, accountability, and balanced workloads.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing strategies across SEO, social media, email, and paid ads.
- Identify market trends and develop new service offerings to drive revenue growth.
- Oversee website audits, performance reporting, and data-driven optimizations.
- Optimize CRM usage and maintain structured client communication.
- Streamline workflows, delegate effectively, and improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze campaign performance and ensure tracking and assets are properly implemented.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, development, and leadership teams.
- Mentor team members and foster continuous professional development.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage and grow a remote marketing team.
- Expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, content, email, paid media, and social.
- Strong understanding of CRM and automation tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
- Experience leading multi-channel campaigns with clear KPIs and ROI tracking.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in conducting website audits and interpreting performance metrics.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English (C1 or higher).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s or certifications are a plus).
