This role oversees advanced and high-potential leadership development curricula, leadership coaching practices, executive development, and strategic leadership programs, while partnering with HR business partners, talent management, the HR leadership team, senior business leaders, executives, and other key stakeholders to align leadership development strategies with business priorities and Lowe's Culture of Winning. This role will develop a team of associates and develop innovative practices and approaches that leverage technology, automation, and data-driven insights, ensuring programs and initiatives include clear measures of success, demonstrate return on investment, and achieve intended business and talent outcomes.

What You Will Do
- Lead the execution strategy, design, and delivery of advanced leadership development, high-potential talent programs, executive development, and coaching that build a diverse pipeline of future leaders and strengthen executive capability.
- Use talent planning, succession, assessment, performance, business priorities, and other workforce insights to develop data-informed decisions that improve leadership effectiveness and support measurable business outcomes.
- Ensure leadership development priorities align with enterprise priorities and help fuel Lowe's Culture of Winning by partnering closely with HR business partners, HR leadership, senior business leaders, executives, and talent management partners.
- Deliver integrated talent solutions across the enterprise in collaboration with talent assessment, talent planning and succession, performance development, career management, executive talent acquisition, associate learning, culture, diversity & inclusion, people analytics, HRIT, corporate communications, and corporate events to deliver integrated talent solutions.
- Oversee executive development for VP, SVP, and executive leaders, including leadership curricula, coaching, and external coaching partnerships that deliver high value and exceptional service.
- Lead talent programs, including the annual Women's Leadership Summit, in partnership with culture, diversity & inclusion, corporate events, and other key stakeholders to strengthen leadership pipelines, elevate talent, foster an inclusive leadership culture, and support enterprise-wide talent and business priorities.
- Define measures of success, demonstrate ROI, safeguard confidential talent data, establish business continuity protocols, and proactively identify and resolve risks or issues to continuously evaluate program effectiveness.
- Lead, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team that models Lowe's Culture of Winning, fosters inclusion, and promotes engagement.
- Manage program budgets, vendor relationships, consulting partnerships, and external spend in partnership with Finance and Enterprise Strategic Sourcing to ensure strong ROI and operational excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, industrial psychology, business or other related fields or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 10-12 years of relevant experience with a significant portion focused on leadership development, leadership coaching, executive development, talent assessment, learning, organizational development, with a mix of operational, strategic, and systems thinking experience
- 8 years of experience consulting with HR business partners, senior business leaders and other key partners for the development of leadership or learning initiatives
- 5 years of experience leading a team of direct reports
- Experience successfully leading multiple priorities and projects successfully
- Experience working directly with and advising senior leaders including VP, SVP and EVP levels.
- Experience developing a measurement strategy to support program effectiveness and ROI of talent initiatives

- Master's degree in human resources, organizational development, industrial psychology, business or other related fields
- Experience working with global teams
- Experience working in or leading a leadership development function
- Experience working with a large retailer or company with multi-locations
- Experience with Fortune 100 leadership development, learning and/or talent management function
- Experience in different HR functions, including HR business partner
- Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)-HRCI
- SPHR or SHRM-SCP
- Executive / Leadership Coaching certification
