The Opportunity...
The Director of IT at Centerfield is responsible for leading the organization's information technology strategy, overseeing all IT functions, and ensuring systems and infrastructure support business goals effectively. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proven track record in IT management. Centerfield values innovation, teamwork, and professional growth. The Director of IT will play a key role in shaping the company's technology landscape and supporting its continued success.
How You'll Contribute...

  • Oversee daily operations of the IT department, including systems administration, network management, and user support.

  • Lead and mentor IT staff, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective solutions.

  • Ensure data security, compliance, and disaster recovery planning.

  • Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and deliver solutions.

  • Monitor emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.

  • Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with Centerfield’s business objectives.

What We're Looking For...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise software.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

  • Experience with IT governance frameworks and regulatory compliance (e.g., PCI DSS, SOC2).

  • Ability to develop and manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.

  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
