As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a visionary and execution-driven Director of IT Services to join our leadership team and play a critical role in shaping the future of our internal technology landscape. 

 

What You'll Do: 

 

The Director of IT Services will lead and evolve Phreesia’s internal IT infrastructure, service delivery, and end-user support operations. This role will oversee a team of IT professionals and partner cross-functionally to ensure the availability, scalability, and security of IT systems and services supporting our remote-first workforce and hybrid environments. You will be responsible for setting the strategy and roadmap for enterprise IT operations and delivering high-quality, secure, and efficient services across the organization. 

  • Oversee IT Services teams with a focus on internal user support, business system implementation, integration, maintenance, and audit compliance. 

  • Develop and scale teams across North America and India to support existing users and build a capacity model for future growth. 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deploy new tools and technologies that enhance operational efficiency. 

  • Identify and execute on opportunities for improvement, including the adoption of innovative technologies that align with Phreesia’s strategic objectives. 

  • Consistently pursue cost reduction initiatives with key software vendors. 

  • Thrive in a dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to ongoing change and rapid organizational growth. 

 

What You'll Bring: 

  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing IT teams. 

  • Committed to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. 

  • Bachelor’s degree required. 

  • Over 10 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity. 

  • Preferred background in SaaS-based businesses within highly regulated industries. 

  • Skilled in vendor communications and software license negotiations. 

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels through a collaborative, consultative approach. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities. 

  • Extensive experience managing offshore teams across global locations. 

  • In-depth knowledge of audit procedures, particularly those related to HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2, and PCI compliance. 

  • Demonstrated capability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
