OUR STORY

Quince was started to challenge the existing idea that nice things should cost a lot. Our mission was simple: create an item of equal or greater quality than the leading luxury brands and sell them at a much lower price.

OUR VALUES

Customer First. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority.

High Quality. True quality is a combination of premium materials and high production standards that everyone can feel good about.

Essential design. We don’t chase trends, and we don’t sell everything.  We’re expert curators that find the very best and bring it to you at the lowest prices.

Always a better deal. Through innovation and real price transparency we want to offer the best deal to both our customers and our factory partners.

Environmentally and Socially conscious.  We’re committed to sustainable materials and sustainable production methods. That means a cleaner environment and fair wages for factory workers.

OUR TEAM AND SUCCESS

Quince is a retail and technology company co-founded by a team that has extensive experience in retail, technology and building early stage companies. You’ll work with a team of world-class talent from Stanford GSB, Google, D.E. Shaw, Stitch Fix, Urban Outfitters, Wayfair, McKinsey, Nike etc.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

As the Director, Integrated Marketing at Quince, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between marketing, merchandising, and creative teams to ensure seamless product launches and campaign execution. This role will be instrumental in maintaining and managing the marketing calendar, ensuring timely product launches, strategic marketing initiatives, and alignment across all teams, including paid, organic, social, influencer, search, and creative channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Marketing Calendar Management: Own the creation, maintenance, and communication of the marketing calendar, ensuring all product launches, seasonal campaigns, restocks, and limited-edition releases are strategically planned and prioritized. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with key dates and deliverables.
  • Product Feature Prioritization: prioritize which products to promote in various channels (email, SMS, SEM, paid social, etc) based on business needs as well as market insights and trends.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate regular meetings between merchandising, creative, and marketing teams to preview upcoming product launches, assess potential hero products, and align on strategies for new product variations and seasonal updates.
  • Product Insights for Marketing: Analyze and share product performance data, such as waitlist sizes, product sell-out trends, and customer feedback, to inform marketing strategies across PR, paid social, organic campaigns, influencer partnerships, and creative teams.
  • Creative & Brief Coordination: Collaborate with the creative team to develop insightful and strategic briefs that support marketing goals and ensure the delivery of assets aligns with the marketing calendar. Ensure all copy, visuals, and messaging reflect Quince’s brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Proactive Product Sourcing Recommendations: Work closely with platform reps (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc) to identify trending products and categories marketed on said platforms and push merchandising/sourcing teams to add to catalog.
  • Product Feedback Loop: Establish a clear feedback loop by sharing press coverage, social media comments, and customer reviews with the merchandising and marketing teams. Use this feedback to refine product messaging and marketing approaches.
  • Hero Product & Launch Management: Ensure key hero products are properly marketed and in stock, managing their lifecycle through effective coordination between merchandising and marketing. Adjust strategies based on performance metrics and campaign results.
  • Restock & Discontinuation Updates: Regularly communicate restocks, product discontinuations, and limited-edition launches with the marketing team to ensure timely promotion and alignment with the broader marketing calendar.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 8+ years working in product marketing or category management at a company with significant DTC/online operations
  • Superior project management and collaboration skills
  • Analytical and data driven with demonstrated ability to work with large data sets, understand key business drivers and translate insights into actionable and successful strategies and outcomes
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing across online paid media, email and SMS

We rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. Bonus eligibility varies by role and is determined based on the position’s impact and contribution to our strategic goals.
