Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Establish consistent practices for planning, prioritization, execution tracking, and dependency management across infrastructure initiatives.
  • Enable reliable delivery across operational, enhancement, and transformation work while balancing speed, quality, and stability.
  • Partner with infrastructure domain leaders (Cloud & Compute, Network, End User Technology, Store Infrastructure, Service Delivery) to surface risks, resolve dependencies, and drive outcomes.
  • Ensure readiness and execution discipline for large-scale initiatives, vendor-led programs, and business-critical infrastructure investments.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the SVP, supporting leadership effectiveness through strong operating rhythms, preparation, and follow-through.
  • Coordinate leadership forums, operating reviews, and executive discussions with clear objectives, decisions, and accountability.
  • Translate leadership priorities into aligned plans and ensure consistent execution across the infrastructure leadership team.
  • Support organizational effectiveness efforts including planning cycles, leadership alignment, and change initiatives.
  • Own the infrastructure performance narrative by transforming complex data into clear, executive-ready insights.
  • Develop concise, outcome-focused narratives for executive leadership that highlight progress, trade-offs, decisions required, and business impact.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity of metrics and messaging across all infrastructure communications.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data and analytics to optimize processes and drive cost-effective, scalable IT solutions for all store locations.
  • Foster strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and efficient contract management.
  • Promote a culture of service excellence, innovation, and accountability throughout the Technology organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in IT delivery or infrastructure management with 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing distributed teams and outsourced partners.
  • Strong background in managing vendor relationships, SLAs/SLOs, and technology contracts to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of modern ways of working and project management methodologies.
  • A track record of driving organizational effectiveness and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Exceptional ability to coordinate across business units for complex IT deployments and store transformation projects.

Salary Range: $185,840 - $278,760
