What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a strategic but scrappy Director of Product Marketing who thrives in ambiguity, brings experience scaling product marketing at Series C+ startups, and knows how to (re)build PMM programs from the ground up. This role collaborates seamlessly across Product, Sales, Demand Gen, and Comms.

This individual contributor role (for at least the first year) has high visibility across the product and go-to-market orgs - with direct input into roadmap communications, product positioning, and growth bets.

What you’ll do

You’ll own high-impact launches, product messaging, and sales enablement, while bringing crisp storytelling and structure to a fast-moving team.

You should also be able to use AI tools to accelerate output and improve quality.

Ideal for someone who wants to build, not just operate within a fully mature function - and who brings the initiative to translate ambiguity into action.

Required Skills
  • Strong instincts for translating features into clear, differentiated value for buyer personas
  • Proven ability to scope, plan, and execute product launches at multiple tiers
  • Capable of independently creating messaging, collateral, and sales content
Technical Fluency
  • Comfortable working with engineers and technical product managers, and then translating the technical value into business value for Champions, Economic Buyers, and Influencers. 
  • An educational background in engineering or the sciences is highly desirable.
  • An MBA is a plus but not required.
Collaboration & Execution
  • Brings structure and prioritization to fast-moving cross-functional teams.
  • Works well across senior stakeholders; clear communicator without ego. 
  • Believes in, and embraces, a no-drama, low-ego style. 
What Success Looks Like
  • Clear, differentiated messaging aligned with buyer needs, adapted into GTM assets.
  • Product launches scoped, planned, and executed with speed and strategic clarity.
  • Sales and field enablement assets used and embraced by AEs, SEs, and SDRs.
  • Repeatable content and programs that influence pipeline and market perception.
