This environment gives our people the opportunity to hone current skills and build new capabilities, while discovering their genius.This role will lead Identity Solutions – US markets within the Global Fraud Solutions (GFS) organization, transforming TransUnion’s rich data assets & capabilities to inform comprehensive and robust identity resolution, identity verification and validation, and identity fraud mitigation. The incumbent is a fully qualified professional, with domain expertise in fraud, breadth of fraud products/solutions, and a high level of expertise understanding application of data and analytics to help customers fight fraud and create “friction right” experiences for consumers. This role is responsible for leading a team of experts and delivering market-leading comprehensive identity solutions, expanding the scope of TransUnion’s available identity solutions across the industry.
This role will work across all phases of the product life cycle, from inception through introduction into the marketplace, management and retirement, working closely with other product/solutions managers, GT, InfoSec, Operations, and go-to-market teams.
What You'll Bring:
- 7+ years experience managing fraud solutions in a leader capacity, being responsible for solutions development, deployment, and commercialization
- 10+ years experience in consulting, product management, technology, and/or operations
- Experience and deep familiarity with fraud trends and fraud solutions (identity ‘e,g, alerts, ML models, OFAC/KYC/AML, document verification’, device risk, contact center)
- Experience defining product requirements and roadmaps for data and/or technical solutions, and ability to translate and communicate relevant regulations impacting the identity space
- Proven experience in identifying net new market opportunities, translating it to actionable strategy and outcomes, driving accelerated growth in existing revenue and opening up new revenue streams
- Proven ability to create compelling and effective communication, cross-functionally and at all levels, for internal and external audiences
- Strong collaborator with a problem-solving, design-thinking, customer-centric mindset; highly curious
Impact You'll Make:
- End-to-end fraud product responsibility covering Global Fraud Solutions product strategy/innovation, business & product requirements & definition, use case prioritization, and road mapping for Identity solutions
- Manage overall product health including the product backlog, ongoing product support and product sunset strategies
- Work with team of directs and other product teams, as relevant, to write comprehensive product requirements, define solution intent and determine high-level capabilities, and drive appropriate prioritization
- Spend time with clients capturing VOC, support customer engagements in the US, and apply design thinking principles to understand their problems and needs
- Product Management responsibility for enabling sales (existing and new solutions), lend support to delivery and customer success to develop onboarding and support procedures, and provide general support for Identity solutions
- Applies a commercial, user-centric mindset to help build robust, market-backed GTM strategies, in collaboration with product marketing and product owners, that are based on developing targeted needs-based market segment
- Work with GFS personnel as required to manage 3rd party relationships and closely work with GFS product counterparts to stay aligned to and influence GFS roadmap & solutions
- Monitors and analyzes product financials, KPIs, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape to identify gaps, weaknesses, and opportunities in any part of identity product delivery

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Benefits:

Pay Scale Information :The U.S. base salary range for this position is $150,100.00 - $225,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
