Description and Requirements
Duties: Oversee and govern identity and access management controls and programs. Define and organize zero trust security model user experiences and security efforts. Ensure strong security practices, incident response support, and audit efficacy. Manage lifecycle management, roles-based access, and policy and controls. Translate business requirements into specific access management processes and designs. Work with IT and business leaders to align solutions with business needs. Identify and address common IAM challenges and drives prioritization and implementation of solutions. Develop effective stakeholder communications to ensure solution alignment and adoption. Foster cross-team collaboration to ensure IAM solutions are effectively integrated and aligned with business goals.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security or Computer Information Systems (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and five (5) years of experience providing IT security leadership. Specific skills/other requirements (quantitative experience requirement not applicable to this section) -- must possess the following: developing and executing IT security projects and programs within global organizations; and, designing and architecting IAM solutions, including cloud environments. Must hold Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certificate.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days in office/2 days remote
Salary: $180,000.00- $201,900.00/year
