Summary:
As the Director, GTM Tools & Systems, you will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining DFIN's GTM technology stack-including Salesforce, CPQ, Gong, AI-enabled systems, and data enrichment tools like ZoomInfo and HG Insights. You'll also lead GTM data design initiatives and contribute to developing a unified Customer 360 view that enables data-driven decision-making across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. Your mission: deliver reliable, automated solutions that streamline GTM operations, improve data quality, and enable predictable revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
GTM Tech Stack Execution & Administration • Implement and maintain GTM systems architecture based on the strategic roadmap set by leadership. • Ensure Salesforce governance, data integrity, and adherence to established standards.
Systems & Process Optimization • Build and enhance workflows for lead routing, opportunity management, quoting, renewals, and reporting. • Partner with Finance and Deal Desk to operationalize Quote-to-Cash processes and CPQ approval flows.
GTM Data Design & Customer 360 Development • Design and maintain GTM data models that support accurate reporting and analytics across the revenue lifecycle. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a Customer 360 framework, integrating data from Salesforce, CPQ, Gong, and enrichment tools for a unified customer view. • Ensure data consistency and usability for forecasting, segmentation, and performance dashboards.
Tool Deployment & Integration • Execute tool rollouts and manage integrations across GTM systems. • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for successful implementation and adoption.
Data Governance & Security • Maintain access controls, permission models, and audit processes to ensure compliance and security. • Support master data management initiatives across GTM platforms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration • Serve as the primary point of contact for GTM systems execution with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams. • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications:
Experience & Technical Expertise • 7+ years in GTM systems, RevOps, or revenue technology roles with hands-on execution experience. • Strong proficiency in Salesforce administration and CPQ configuration; experience with Gong and data enrichment tools. • Experience in data modeling and building integrated views across multiple systems.
Systems Implementation & Integration • Proven ability to build and optimize GTM workflows and integrations across multiple platforms. • Familiarity with Quote-to-Cash processes and system controls.
Leadership & Communication • Experience managing technical teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. • Ability to clearly communicate technical solutions and timelines to non-technical audiences.
Analytical & Governance Skills • Data-driven approach with experience in maintaining system reliability and compliance frameworks. • Understanding of SOX, GDPR, and related compliance requirements.
Preferred Attributes • Experience in SaaS or technology-enabled financial services environments. • Salesforce Administrator or Advanced certifications. • Strong execution mindset-comfortable translating strategy into actionable system builds.
