About the Role

We're looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Director, GTM APAC to lead and scale our presence across the region's largest audit and advisory firms. This leader will own regional performance across revenue growth, customer outcomes, operational execution, and team development.

This is a highly cross-functional role responsible for driving go-to-market success across sales, customer success, services, and support in APAC. Partnering closely with U.S.-based executive leadership, you'll help execute and evolve the company's international growth strategy while building the operational foundation to scale long term.

This is an opportunity to join at a pivotal stage of growth and play a foundational role in scaling the company's international business. The initial focus of this role will be Australia/New Zealand, with long-term expansion into Japan, Korea, and Singapore. You'll help shape the future of the APAC organization while partnering closely with executive leadership on one of the company's most strategic growth initiatives.

This is a remote position located in Australia. You will report to the VP of Sales.

What You'll Do
  • Own regional business performance across APAC, including revenue attainment, customer satisfaction, and operational execution

  • Lead and scale the company's APAC go-to-market organization across sales, customer success, support, and services functions

  • Carry and manage the regional revenue target, partnering closely with Account Executives and regional GTM leaders to drive pipeline and close strategic deals

  • Work directly with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and long-term customer success

  • Develop and execute regional hiring plans to support continued growth and customer demand

  • Partner with Executive leadership teams to align regional execution with global strategy, processes, and operating models

  • Identify operational gaps and proactively recommend scalable solutions as the APAC business matures

  • Serve as a strategic thought partner on future regional infrastructure needs across services, support, and customer operations

  • Participate directly in customer conversations, strategic accounts, and complex deal cycles

  • Build strong relationships with key regional partners and customers across the audit and advisory ecosystem

In your first 6–12 months, you will:
  • Execute and refine the company's APAC go-to-market strategy, with initial focus on Australia/New Zealand

  • Help scale the regional customer-facing organization

  • Drive measurable revenue growth across the region

  • Strengthen strategic customer and partner relationships

  • Identify and close operational gaps as the business expands

  • Build the foundation for long-term APAC growth and scale, laying the groundwork for future expansion into countries like Japan, Korea, or Singapore

About You
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, audit technology, financial services technology, or related industries

  • Proven experience leading revenue or go-to-market organizations in APAC, with a specific focus in Australia

  • Strong understanding of the audit, accounting, advisory, or risk/compliance ecosystem

  • Strong commercial leadership skills with experience managing regional quotas, forecasting, and GTM execution

  • Proven experience hiring, developing, and leading high-performing customer-facing teams in fast-growing environments

  • Experience managing cross-functional customer-facing teams, including sales, customer success, services, or support organizations

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping build regional infrastructure from the ground up

  • Executive presence with the ability to influence internally and externally

  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across international teams and time zones

Bonus Points
  • Experience selling into or working with firms such as BDO, KPMG, Grant Thornton, Deloitte, Accenture or similar organizations operating in Australia/New Zealand or the broader APAC market

  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-growing or startup environments
