The OpportunityThis is a role for a builder—someone ready to shape and scale Sparq’s next chapter.
We’re looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to architect the foundations of a next-generation growth engine inside a mature, fast-moving organization. You’ll join a smart, collaborative team that experiments often and believes deeply in the impact of great work.
Your mission: turn Sparq’s brand momentum into measurable growth. You’ll own the strategy, systems, and campaigns that drive pipeline, accelerate conversion, and prove marketing’s impact on revenue.
If you love building from the ground up—designing playbooks, testing ideas, and scaling what works, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.
- Build and scale Sparq’s growth marketing engine—connecting brand, demand, and revenue through data-driven strategy, systems, and execution.
 - Own marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline goals, driving measurable growth through integrated, multi-channel campaigns (paid, organic, partner, and event).
 - Lead ABM and prospecting initiatives in close partnership with Sales, aligning marketing efforts to account-level intelligence and opportunity stages.
 - Translate Sparq’s differentiated positioning into high-impact campaigns that expand awareness and credibility across key industries (Transportation & Logistics, Financial Services, Retail, B2B SaaS).
 - Drive joint go-to-market efforts with partners like AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, and Matillion, developing co-marketing programs, events, and enablement that accelerate shared pipeline.
 - Strengthen collaboration with Sales—improving lead handoff, follow-up, and insights through unified processes and reporting.
 - Define, measure, and optimize campaign performance to ensure marketing activities directly contribute to revenue growth and ROI.
 - Manage and mentor a growing team of marketers, fostering a culture of experimentation, clarity, and shared success.

- 8–10+ years of experience in growth, demand generation, or integrated marketing within B2B technology, SaaS, or digital services.
 - Proven success owning pipeline generation and leading cross-channel marketing programs tied directly to revenue outcomes.
 - Hands-on partner marketing experience with technology or cloud alliances
 - Deep understanding of ABM, lifecycle marketing, and performance optimization across paid, organic, and partner channels.
 - Experience with Salesforce, Pardot (or equivalent CRM/automation tools)—comfortable managing campaigns, tracking attribution, and connecting data to insights.
 - Proven ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate execution, improve creative quality, and drive smarter targeting and personalization.
 - Demonstrated success building automation and intelligent systems that improve speed, precision, and scalability across the funnel.
 - A test-and-learn mindset—you make smart bets, measure what matters, and continually optimize for impact.
 - Analytical and creative—equally fluent in dashboards and storytelling.
 - Collaborative, resourceful, and excited by Sparq’s fast, entrepreneurial culture within a mature, established organization.
