About us

Intellum is the leader in corporate education technology and powers the largest, most successful customer, partner, and employee learning programs in the world. Large brands and fast-moving companies like Google, Meta, Amazon, Walmart, Xero, Atlassian, Mailchimp, Airbnb, Stripe, and TikTok rely on Intellum to engage and educate the audiences they touch.

We have always been a “remote first” company and are proud to have team members located all over the world. We value Curiosity, Creativity, Perseverance, and Kindness and strive to demonstrate these core values every day. Our culture is very important to us. We invest in our people in fun and exciting ways, including personal development budgets and an annual all-company retreat that is focused less on work and more on human connections. We are in growth mode, and our “smart growth” approach ensures that we will continue to scale our company effectively.

The Director of Growth Marketing owns Intellum's qualified pipeline number and the relationships, strategy, and execution it takes to hit it. This leader creates demand at the top of the funnel and turns it into qualified pipeline. Leading indicators show the trajectory early, so the number is predictable and time and budget move to what's working. The role is hands-on and senior, and manages one Sales Development Representative.

Agentic AI and automation sit at the center of how this function runs. The right person already builds with them and will design Intellum's growth engine around them, so qualified pipeline and revenue growth outpaces investment..

This leader is Intellum's go-to-market execution lead and works closest with the CMO, Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Audience & Content, and Customer Marketing.

Responsibilities
  • Own the quarterly qualified-pipeline target in both opportunity count and dollars. Track leading indicators weekly, adjust targeting and investment to stay on plan, and present results to executives with a clear recommendation on where to invest next.
  • Build and run the agentic workflows behind growth in Claude, Clay, and n8n, connected through MCP and APIs. Automate account research, enrichment, scoring, routing, and follow-up. Run experiments to decide which buying signals trigger action and who acts on each one.
  • Create demand at the top of the funnel from priority accounts through events, partner co-marketing, original research, and customer advocacy, built with Audience & Content and Customer Marketing. Measure it on target-account engagement, self-reported attribution, and the pipeline it produces.
  • Lead account-based marketing as a core enterprise growth motion. Run 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many plays with Sales against priority accounts, and measure them on buying-group engagement, opportunity creation, and deal velocity.
  • Lead multi-channel go-to-market campaigns with Sales. Pull every team's work into one plan and align SDR focus to the same accounts.
  • Improve conversion from first engagement to qualified opportunity. Test offers, personalized landing pages, and routing so high-fit accounts move faster.
  • Direct outside spend. Use paid media where it reaches priority accounts efficiently, judged on CRM-verified pipeline, and manage the contractors and agencies who support creative, web, and analytics.
  • Manage and coach the SDR, and keep Sales aligned on what counts as a qualified opportunity. Set the standard for account research and handoff, and measure success by accepted opportunities.
  • Launch every major program with a hypothesis, a baseline, a tracking plan, and a decision rule to scale or stop. Pair attribution with cohort analysis and holdout tests, and share every result with the team.
  • Travel occasionally for company events and customer meetings. Work across multiple U.S. time zones.
  • Perform other duties as assigned. We’re a lean team, so count on there being some.
How Success Is Measured
  • Qualified pipeline in opportunity count and dollars
  • Engagement and buying-group coverage in priority accounts
  • Opportunities created in priority accounts
  • Cost per qualified opportunity
  • Pipeline acceleration: stage-to-stage conversion rates and days in each stage
  • Win rate on marketing-sourced pipeline
  • Expansion pipeline from customer programs
  • Traffic, form fills, and MQLs are diagnostics.
Required Skills/Experience
  • 8+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation, growth, or revenue marketing, selling into enterprise buying groups with multi-month cycles.
  • Personally built agentic workflows in Claude, Clay, n8n, or through MCP and APIs that now run parts of a GTM team's work. You can demo them and show what changed.
  • Built pipeline through events, partners, original research, or customer advocacy, with the qualified pipeline and cost per opportunity to prove it. You measure demand beyond last touch.
  • Led multi-channel go-to-market campaigns built with Sales, with every team delivering on one timeline.
  • Built a growth function from an early stage, before a playbook existed, and knows why they built it in that order.
  • Sets direction from day one and holds the room with executives. You invite challenge from Sales, Product Marketing, and leadership and use it to sharpen the plan.
  • Maps what a pipeline plan depends on, including data, tracking, routing, and sales capacity, and which pieces must be in place before investment goes out.
  • Knows what good conversion looks like at each stage of an enterprise funnel and can explain where their own numbers landed.
  • Ran enterprise ABM more than once and changed the approach based on what the first attempt taught.
  • Managed SDRs or a similar role, measured on pipeline quality and quantity.
  • Uses paid media with precision, such as LinkedIn targeting against priority accounts, and checks platform numbers against the CRM.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Grew a demand or growth function at a private-equity-backed SaaS company moving into larger enterprise deals.
  • Worked in learning technology, customer education, HR tech, or enablement software.
  • Built expansion, cross-sell, or referral programs with Customer Marketing.
  • Presented pipeline performance to PE operating partners or a board.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
