About The Position | Major goals and objectives and location requirements
The Director of Growth & Performance Marketing will lead efforts to drive growth of MyRecipes through performance marketing, such as through paid acquisition and external amplification. The role will focus on closing new distribution/acquisition sources through partnerships, driving alternative traction for web and app through paid spend that validates messaging, and amplifying top organic content.
Hybrid 3x a week- (New York-NY 225 Liberty)
In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.

About The Positions Contributions:
Weight % Accountabilities, Actions and Expected Measurable Results
25%: Performance Marketing: own day-to-day execution of paid channels, media spend, and bidding strategies to optimize Cost Per Acquisition (CAC)
25%: Growth Strategy: develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies to improve user acquisition and retention.
20%: Data & Analytics: track key growth metrics (ROI, LTV: CAC) and manage a "single source of truth" for performance reporting.
10%: Experimentation: run A/B testing on creative, audience targeting, and landing pages to boost conversions.
10%: Partnerships: build a formidable pipeline and help execute distribution partnerships for web, app, and paid membership offerings.
10%: Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
The Role’s Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Experience:
8+ years of experience, preferably with a background in startups, digital products, or the food media space.
Digital Marketing Expertise: deep knowledge and experience of partnership growth, SEM, paid social, GEO/SEO, affiliate marketing, and website/app optimization.
Data-Driven: expertise and experience in performance analysis and rapid strategic pivots based on data insights.
Media Campaigns & Spend: demonstrated experience with cost-effective media campaign execution with ROI.
AI & Innovation Focus: hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing tools, automation, and advanced analytics.

Pay Range
Salary: New York: $145,000.00 - $175,000.00The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of People Inc's total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
