  • Deliver strategic insights and reporting to executive stakeholders by synthesizing data across multiple GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Looker, Vitally, Gong).

  • Partner with executive leadership to inform annual planning, headcount modeling, compensation design, and investment decisions across revenue functions.

  • Partner with IT/Business Systems to drive system optimization for the GTM business; make recommendations on what tools to implement to improve GTM performance

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Enablement, and BizOps to ensure alignment on planning cycles, campaign performance, and customer feedback loops.

If you have some or all of the following, please apply:
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Revenue Operations, Strategy, or GTM leadership roles.

  • Deep expertise in pipeline forecasting, segmentation, territory design, compensation strategy, and GTM process optimization.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing GTM Ops teams, including people management and cross-functional influence.

  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of deriving actionable insights from GTM data and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Looker, Vitally, Gong).

  • Proven success supporting Sales and CS leadership through strategic planning, operational execution, and performance tracking.

  • Excellent communicator with a high degree of executive presence and the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, concise recommendations.

  • A systems thinker with a bias for action, able to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

  • High degree of ownership, curiosity, and integrity, with a mission-driven mindset aligned with BetterUp’s values and vision.

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape how BetterUp grows by ensuring every part of our revenue engine runs with clarity, coordination, and impact.
