We are looking for a Director of Global Talent Acquisition to join our Global People team.

As the Director of Global Talent Acquisition, you will lead a team of talented recruiters, working closely with our devoted business leaders in the US and Israel. You won't just be filling roles; you'll be shaping the future of mental health care by attracting and retaining the best and brightest talent.

You will provide strategic talent acquisition guidance and own the full recruiting cycle. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring we have the right talent to achieve our goals. You will be part of the global People team leadership and lead strategic projects and initiatives to make sure we continually streamline processes and help build the best team and culture for our people!

This role reports to the VP of People, who is based in Tel Aviv. It is part of a global team that works together to make Eleos an employer of choice and a place where people can bring their authentic selves to work and thrive.

How will you contribute?

  • Lead and mentor a global team of recruiters, ensuring they have the guidance and support needed to succeed across different regions
  • Partner closely with senior business leaders to understand their hiring needs and act as a strategic talent advisor, providing insights and recommendations to meet those needs effectively
  • Develop and implement data-driven recruitment strategies to identify, engage, and onboard exceptional talent globally
  • Invest in and optimize hiring resources, including tools, technologies, and external partnerships, to support scalable growth
  • Ensure the quality of hires by developing rigorous assessment criteria and maintaining high standards throughout the recruitment process
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of different strategies and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes
  • Create and own an amazing candidate experience, tailored to different cultural contexts and expectations
  • Develop and maintain a robust global talent pipeline by proactively identifying and engaging with passive candidates across multiple regions
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the global leadership team on recruitment metrics and progress towards hiring goals
  • Lead global employer branding initiatives to position Eleos Health as an employer of choice in the mental health and tech industries worldwide
  • Participate in and organize international career fairs, meetups, and other industry events to promote Eleos Health and attract top talent
  • Stay current with global industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and innovation in our talent acquisition strategies
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback from candidates and hiring managers globally and making data-driven adjustments to recruitment processes
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives throughout the recruitment process to build a diverse and inclusive workforce globally

What qualifications and skills will help you to be successful?

  • 8+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Experience working closely with senior leaders and growing teams
  • Experience in a global startup organization (SaaS B2B), where you've seen how success looks like
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in using social media and other digital platforms for recruitment purposes
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion in talent acquisition
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong focus on execution and a can-do approach
  • A true team player who is willing and EXCITED to contribute to our global team and company's success

  • The base pay range for this position is $150,000-$200,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on several factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, length of service, and geographic location.
