Nebius is seeking a Director of Global Sales Compensation Strategy to lead and oversee global compensation programs for our Sales, Business Development, and Partnerships teams. This person will drive the strategy, design, and governance of incentive plans that align pay with performance, support revenue growth, and scale with our business.
You’ll partner cross-functionally with Finance, GTM Ops, and GTM executives to develop data-driven programs that are motivational, cost-effective, and compliant.
You are welcome to work remotely from the US (East Coast preferred).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Partner with cross-functional and Sales leaders to align compensation design with GTM strategy and business objectives
- Advise executives on compensation structure, role design, motivators, and global incentive programs
- Lead the annual and quarterly sales incentive planning process, including design of compensation measures, accelerators, bonuses, and SPIFFs
- Collaborate with Finance on goal setting, accrual forecasting, and cost modeling to ensure budget alignment
- Conduct benchmarking and provide data-driven recommendations for plan optimization
- Evaluate plan effectiveness, attainment, and cost of sales
- Deliver executive-level reporting and insights to guide GTM decision-making
We expect you to have:
- 10+ years of compensation experience, with 5+ in sales/GTM incentive design and analytics
- Expertise in SaaS sales compensation models and performance-based pay structures
- Strong Problem solving, financial modeling, and analytical skills (Excel, SQL, BI tools)
- Proven ability to advise and influence senior executives
- Experience scaling programs in high-growth environments
- Superior communication and presentation skills
It will be an added bonus if you have:
- Experience designing sales compensation programs for GPU/HPC infrastructure.
- Background in AI or advanced computing domains.
- Strong understanding of compute capacity and its alignment with sales targets and quota design.

Compensation
We offer competitive salaries, ranging from $235k - $275k OTE + equity based on your experience.
