THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a highly strategic, results-driven Director of Partner Marketing to lead and scale Cyera’s global partner marketing efforts. This leader will build and execute marketing strategies with and through partners including channel, technology alliances, and GSIs to drive demand, increase partner-sourced pipeline, and strengthen Cyera’s presence in the partner ecosystem.

This role requires a marketing leader who thrives at the intersection of field marketing, partner enablement, go-to-market strategy, and demand generation. You will work cross-functionally with sales, channel, product marketing, and the partner team to build scalable programs that elevate our brand and accelerate revenue through partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner Marketing Strategy: Define and execute the global partner marketing strategy aligned with Cyera’s business objectives and partner go-to-market motions.
  • Joint GTM Programs: Build and manage joint marketing programs and campaigns with key partners, including channel partners, alliances, GSIs, and cloud providers.
  • Partner Enablement: Collaborate with product marketing and sales enablement to create assets and tools that equip partners to effectively position and sell Cyera. Lead a partner enablement roadshow for Cyera.
  • Demand Generation: Plan and execute partner-led and partner-influenced campaigns that drive qualified pipeline and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Event Execution: Manage participation in partner SKOs and work with the field marketing teams in each region to execute jointly led events.
  • Partner Communications: Develop a consistent communication strategy for partners including newsletters, program updates, and new collateral.
  • Performance Measurement: Track and report on partner marketing KPIs including deal registration, ROI, partner engagement, and campaign performance.

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 7 years in partner or channel marketing within cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven success developing partner marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Deep understanding of partner ecosystems (VARs, MSSPs, GSIs, tech alliances, marketplaces).
  • Experience working closely with sales and partner teams to drive alignment and accountability.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with a strong grasp of marketing analytics and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA a plus).



COMPENSATION INFORMATION: 

In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.

This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.​
